If this is the first time you’ve seen this stop error message and you have a lot of time, just go to sleep or take a walk, and refresh your mind. If this message appears again, follow these steps:

Check to make sure any new assignment or exam is properly completed.
If you have no or little time to complete, sit up all night and do your tasks, or ask your professor or instructor for any extension of period you might need.

If problems continue, disable or remove any disturbing things in your room. Disable internet functions such as useless internet communities or time-consuming wikis. If you need a lot of time to removing things, just go to library or Starbucks, sit down on your seat, power on your laptop computer without internet connection, and then do your tasks.
